The We Shared Milk – The History Of Voyager and Legend Tripping
This was a super fun project! The amount of collaboration was a sight to beheld. Each of the ten tracks were recorded with a different band. The We Shared Milk would record using the production techniques that were inherent to each band. The result was that of diverse sounds and aesthetic. The groups involved were: Talkative, Grandparents, Hustle+Drone, Tim Shrout(Support Force), Old Age, Fanno Creek, Ray Rude(Builders and The Butchers), Charts, And And And and Log Across The Washer. It was overdubbed and mixed at Revolver. It’s a pretty awesome record!

Reverb laden Swamp-Rock from Portland’s Holy Children. Produced and recorded by Collin at Revolver in 2010.
Federale – Devil In A Boot
Collin’s spaghetti western band Federale recorded its second record in 2009. Half of the songs were recorded in an abandoned Masonic Temple in North Portland employing the Decca Tree stereo micing technique in order to achieve a thunderous natural reverb. The other half were recorded in Revolver and bear Revolver’s signature room sound. Give em a listen and see if you can tell which was recorded where.
